Secrets to Skyrocket Your Weight Loss...cherish your bodyOk!  Here it is some simple solutions to your overweight condition.  You no doubt have been eating and filling up on the wrong foods.  Also you may have a history of many years of the wrong foods.  Now you are really ready and want to do something about your eating habits. Here is a real life experience of one individual.

This man loves fried chicken and those “seasoned fries” and of course eaten with many soft drinks. These so called foods are so readily available in today’s world of fast foods.  Well after years of savoring the fast food delicacies he developed many serious health problems.  High blood pressure.  High cholesterol count. Early signs of diabetes. Then to top it off Thyroid inflammation. Things were not good for this 40 year old man who was not overweight.  This man also had a working job where he was physically active every day.

Aha!  What was his problem?  We can see here that you do not have to be overweight to experience health problems occurring from processed and fast foods.  Actually it is a misnomer to call fast foods, food.  What fast foods do is fill the stomach.  What about the quality of the so called food in its ability to feed the body nourishment?  Aha!  That is the crux of the problem – quality nourishing food for the body.  OK let’s face it processed and fast food is designed to taste good but it is not good for your body.

On a TV interview a fast food executive explained why they do not take the fat and salt out of their fast foods.  He said “If we took out the fat and salt in our foods we would be out of business.”

Hey doesn’t that tell you something?  When I was growing up there were no fast food outlets. McDonalds, Burger King, etc. etc. did not exist. There were no drives up take out windows.  There were diners where you could get breakfast, lunch, and dinner meals.  The meals were cooked on the spot.  Yes the days are different today.  People ate primarily at home with the “home cooked meal”.  Families ate breakfast and dinner at home together.  Wow!  By gone are those days. Those days are lessening and dwindling in our processed, fast foods and fast moving lives today.

Here is what I recommended for the man mentioned above.  No more fried chicken, seasoned fries and soft drinks.  In the morning for breakfast get out the food blender and follow this recipe. Wash three apples.  Remove the stem and bottom.  Cut into sections place in the blender. [yes core, seeds and all in the blender with a little water]  Add one banana.  Add cinnamon, nutmeg and a shake or two of crushed red pepper.  [yes crushed red pepper]  Remember cinnamon, nutmeg and crushed red peppers are loaded with antioxidants and good for your body.  Start the blender get the mix going.  Add a little water if needed for blending.  Add one whole egg.  [yes the whole egg] Drop it in shell and all. Blend some more.  Finally add a cup or more of old fashion whole oatmeal and blend.  Add more water or add milk to liquefy as needed.  Drink it down.  You will get three to four full glasses.  Do this every day for one week then every other day thereafter.

The man spoken of at the beginning of this article has incorporated this type of breakfast and after a year he has made much improvement.  He no longer has high blood pressure.  He no longer has high cholesterol.  His thyroid is normal and he has wonderful restored health.  He gave up his poor eating habits and enjoys healthy living without health worries.

Your overweight problems will also be vastly improved with the above suggestion for breakfast.  Even further when you also employ the Acai weight loss solution you will benefit very quickly.  Yes your body will love you for it.

To your weight loss success, health and happiness,

  7. How about another article like this? Pretty good. I learned a little technical writing back in school, and this had the few most important traits of a good article, informative and fun to read. Thank you.
